I need him to be an active voice in our tank threads at minimum.

I recommend you communicate this to him, teach him how to post, and bookmark this forum for him.

He tanks what he's told.

With the new website coming, communication through out-of-game channels will only become more commonplace and useful.

I relayed this info to him. Surprisingly, he make some strange noises, and slightly nodded his head. This could be a sign of things to come.
